From tree to finished log house
A transparent production process — from selecting quality timber to final assembly on your site.
Timber selection and transport
Quality spruce wood from high altitudes near Slovak Paradise. Careful selection and quality control.
Milling and processing
The timber goes through milling, storage and drying. After drying, it is sanded and cut to the required dimensions of 160 – 240 mm.
Preventive protection
Quality protective coatings by Böhme and Krovsan against pests and wood-decaying fungi. Achieving 50% moisture resistance.
Dry assembly in the workshop
Complete construction assembly in our halls without final joining — for quality control and customer approval.
Transport and construction
Numbered components are transported to the building site and assembled on prepared concrete foundations.
Final coating
Application of quality Swiss and German surface coatings for long-term protection and aesthetics.
