2. Purpose of processing

Processing of enquiries from the contact form — legal basis: consent of the data subject (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR)
Handling e-mail correspondence sent to info@drevodom.eu — legal basis: steps prior to entering into a contract and our legitimate interest in replying to messages (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR)
Traffic analytics — legal basis: legitimate interest of the controller (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). In analytics the IP address is stored only as a SHA-256 hash, never in raw form.

3. Scope of data

Contact form: name, e-mail, phone (optional), message, IP address and country of origin (to protect the form from abuse). The country is looked up in public IP address registries (whois).
E-mail to info@drevodom.eu: sender address, message content and attachments. Messages are stored on a server operated for us by Brand Force s.r.o. (processor), and a copy is forwarded to our mailbox at Gmail (Google).
Analytics: hashed IP address, device type, browser, pages visited, language

4. Retention period

Form data: for the duration of handling the enquiry, up to 12 months
E-mails: for as long as needed to handle the correspondence, then deleted
Analytics data: 12 months

5. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict processing, data portability, and the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.

6. Cookies and browser storage

The public part of this website sets no cookies at all. Our analytics stores nothing on your device — the session identifier is derived by our server. The only thing kept in browser memory (sessionStorage), and only for the duration of a single visit, is what you are currently typing into the contact form, so that a half-written enquiry is not lost when you move between pages; it disappears when you close the tab. The one cookie on this domain (drevodom_admin) belongs to the website administration login and does not concern visitors. We use no advertising, tracking or third-party cookies.
